- Items returned after the 15-day window
How to Request a Return

2. Our team will confirm your return and share pickup/drop-off instructions
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method, or as store credit if preferred. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
